You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and a selfie for biometric matching. ok 37 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum single deposit is Rs 200. ok 37 reserves the right to limit deposit methods available to any individual account based on verification status, account history, or other risk criteria.
All deposited funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including payments from another person's Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet — are prohibited. Any deposit ok 37 cannot verify as originating from the account holder may be returned, less any applicable fees charged by the payment processor.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified ok 37 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed by ok 37 in the order they are received. For verified accounts, Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within minutes to a few hours. IBFT and card withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
ok 37 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. If a withdrawal is flagged for review, ok 37 will contact the account holder within 24 hours to explain the required steps.
ok 37 does not apply any processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees charged by Easypaisa, JazzCash, or your bank are outside ok 37's control and will be borne by the player where applicable.
A bet or wager placed on ok 37 is final once confirmed by the system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Players cannot cancel or amend a bet after confirmation. It is your responsibility to check bet details carefully before confirming. ok 37 will not void or refund bets placed in error by the player, except in the circumstances specified in Section 5.3.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per game, and in some cases per day or per week. These limits are displayed in the game interface before any bet is placed. ok 37 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts based on account history, verification status, or risk management criteria without prior notice.
ok 37 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:
In the case of a voided bet, the original stake will be returned to the player's ok 37 wallet. Voiding decisions are final once communicated to the player.
In the event of a technical malfunction — whether in a slot, live casino game, Aviator, or any other product — ok 37 will investigate and determine the appropriate outcome. Where a malfunction is confirmed, ok 37 may void the affected round and return stakes. ok 37 does not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

During suspension, access to your ok 37 balance may be restricted pending investigation.
You may close your ok 37 account at any time by contacting support@ok37.wine. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Closure does not affect any outstanding bets placed before the closure request.
Where ok 37 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, ok 37 reserves the right to withhold any balance until the investigation is complete. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct is established, funds may be retained and the matter referred to law enforcement.
